So new section under way, our technical support section and RMA system is coming online. The purpose is to offer the ability to report issues with your video surveillance equipment, especially when we have all our lines tied up. Sometimes technical support is very backed up. We are always looking to grow and expand to support our customer base, but sometimes you just need to submit a ticket and let us get back to you. So in about a few more days we should have the security camera system in place and a technical support section that you can refer to whenever you need to check the status of your repair, return or diagnosis.
