The expert witnesses should complete their testimony no later than January 25th. We'll keep you updated.

The hearing which was originally scheduled for November 17th has been pushed back to December 1st. After a hearing the judge usually takes 4-8 weeks to rule; a week after the hearing you will be able to request a transcript. Update from Wednesday, May 23 2012: The claims by Kelora against Ebay, Microsoft, Adobe, Target, etc have been invalidated.
