Our Ambassador Hybrid DVR/NVR.
A great way to bridge the Analog-IP gap.

In most cases, upgrading an analog system to IP requires you to abandon the existing analog system completely. Hybrid DVRs have the ability to perform double duty. They're able to record both standard definition analog cameras (via built in BNC inputs) and IP cameras. Perfect for when you want to upgrade your analog CCTV system to HD, but don't want to lose the investment of your current system. Continue to use your current, Standard Definition cameras while also adding an equal number of IP cameras to your system. A hybrid system can also be useful for a new installation by keeping costs down. Place expensive IP cameras in high sensitivity areas. Place less expensive cameras where the need for surveillance isn't as high. For example, say a restaurant wants to install a new security camera system. For the cash register, they want the clearest HD picture possible to prevent employee theft. For the front entrance, hallways, and back areas they don't want to spend the premium on IP. This allows them to get full HD at the register while keep cost down in low priority areas. Take a look at the products below and see if the Ambassador Pro line of Hybrid DVRs is right for you.

The Ambassador:

Half at 1080P

Half at 960H - Widescreen Standard Definition

Available in 8 + 8 or 16 + 16 configurations.

Our ECON Pro HD 32 is a true Tribrid DVR/TVI/NVR, which means that you can allocate your 32 channels however you wish: HD-TVI, analog, or IP (through your network and powered via a POE switch - there are not POE ports on the back of Hybrid or Tribrid DVRs). The ECON Pro can support 1080P 30 FPS IP cameras.

Our Econ HD line (not Pro) allow you to add one or two IP cameras form your network powered via a POE switch in addition to your analog/TVI BNC connections.
