How to setup SCW GO Mobile App for iPhone (Part 1)

Hi, this is Andrew with SCW Tech Support. Today I'm going to show you how to set up your mobile app on your iPhone. So we're going to go ahead and get our iPhone open here. We're going to go over to the app store and get our SCW Go App downloaded. So we're going to use the icons at the bottom to go over to search. We're going to type SCW Go. All right, once that's loaded, we're going to go ahead and click the download icon here. It takes it a moment to complete, so, alright, so I'm going to go ahead and drag this over. Okay, so we're going to open this for the first time. It's going to give you several prompts. Go ahead and hit allow on all of them. We're going to go ahead and click sign up. Alright, so it's going to make you select your region. I'm going to go ahead and click okay on this. We're going to be way down at the bottom here. Alright, here's where we're going to enter our email address that we'd like to set our account up under. I'm just going to use our demo email account here.

We are going to press verify. This is going to send us a confirmation code. Now we're just going to go over to our email. We're going to get our verification code and we're going to enter that back in SEW Go. All right, so after this point it's going to ask you to set a password for your account. So it's not going to show you what I'm entering here, but go ahead and enter whatever you'd like to use within the parameters. I

Don't forget to click the, I have read and agree to service agreement and now we're in our app. So now you're fully registered. At this point we can go ahead and add our MBR device. So that'll be my next video here. You can also change your username. The system's going to generate a username for you. It will be associated with your email address, so you may see a generated username. We're just going to pop into our account here and change our username. So if we use any spaces, you're going to get a notification message saying that we need to remove that. Alright, we also get options to change our password and now we can start adding our device.
