Andrew with SEW Tech Support Back again, we're going to be talking a little bit today about how to export video clips and snapshots to your mobile device. So if you are an SEW Go, we've got our live video playing to the lower left of where the video is, we'll have a snapshot symbol and a record symbol. So for Snapshot, we're just going to press that once on the live video. That's going to give us a notification that it saves successfully. In turn, if we need to take a video clip, we can press the record button. We're going to use this to press At the beginning of the clip, we'd like to export and at the end, so we're going to go ahead and press that once. Let the incident play through, and then we're going to press it one more time. It's going to say save successfully.

Now these two buttons are also going to be available in the playback area. So if you're reviewing footage and you'd like to export, you can do that as well. Once you've done your export, it is not going directly to your photo gallery on your mobile device. We're going to have to come to the sidebar picture and video. And this is where all of our interim clips are stored. So we're going to see our snapshots. You can also hit back to see your video clips. So once this is playing, you're going to have a sharing option at the bottom left. You can share that to any one of your services you have available. You can also save the video to files from this screen. Alternatively, you have a center button that will just directly download it to your photo gallery, or you can delete the clip from the picture and video gallery here.

Now one thing to mention is that if your system is recording on H 2 65, you may be able to export to picture and video within the SCW Go App. Export your clip, and then you may not be able to replay it in your photo gallery. This video is still okay. Your phone just does not have the support for H 2 65, so a couple of paths you can take there. H 2 64 can be switched on the NVR, or you could simply just forward that over to a computer and then replay it on a media player. It will definitely work on your computer. So otherwise we should be good to go. And in the future you can export any clips that you like and they're going to come into this photo gallery area.
