Single and Multi-camera Live View Options
With SCW Go’s Live View functionality, you can view 1 camera all the way up to 16 with options in between.
SCW Go creates Live View pages, so you can easily scroll back and forth between your cameras even if they’re in multiple locations.
You can even double-tap on a camera to enlarge the view.
SCW Go might be pocket-sized but it comes packed with features. You can conduct two-way audio conversations through the app and even control your PTVs from the palm of your hand.
Saved Views - The possibilities are endless.
SCW Go’s Saved Views feature allows you to create a custom view with cameras that you care about, allowing you to easily bring up the vision with just a couple of taps.
To create a view for say, your lobbies, start by searching by camera name in the search bar at the top of the app and select the cameras that you want. Tap the ‘Start Live View’ button at the bottom to bring multiple locations into a saved view. Once you’ve ordered the grid, tap the star icon at the top to save the view and name it. Now that it’s saved, you can easily access this view anytime you like simply by tapping the camera icon at the top right of the app. This will show you your list of NVRs, as well as your saved views. Simply tap the saved view and tap the ‘Start Live View’ button at the bottom.
The SCW Go Saved Views is a great feature for organizing large systems or multi-locations. Imagine you owned 19 gas station locations, each with its own cameras. You could easily create a saved view with all the gas pump cameras and bring up those cameras with just a couple of taps.
Easily review your recorded footage.
With SCW Go’s Playback feature, you can easily review your recorded footage and even clip and share the footage right from your smartphone.
To do this, go into the app and select the camera you want to playback and then select the date and time you want to start.
In playback, you’ll see the timeline at the bottom of the screen. Drag your finger across the timeline to go forward or backwards and you can even speed the footage up to 4x speed. To see a shorter period of time, simply zoom into the timeline by using the magnifying glass icon.
You can also use pinch-to-zoom to digitally zoom in on the image to see better detail.
Save and export footage with the tap of a button
To export footage, first find the clip that you need using the playback feature then tap the record icon on the menu bar. When you tap the record icon it will begin recording directly to your phone or tablet. Once the incident is over, simply tap the record icon again to end the clip. Tap the ‘View’ link to see your recorded clips in snapshots. From there, you can tap the share icon at the bottom to share it, or the download icon to save it directly to your phone or tablet.
Easily add cameras to your SCW Go
IP Address
With SCW Go you can easily add cameras by IP address, which is useful for local IPs, VPNs or remote accessible IPs.
Star4Live cloud relay
If you’re using the Star4Live cloud relay, simply tap the menu icon at the top left of the app and tap the ‘Me’ button. Log into your Star4Live account and all of your NVRs attached to that account will be automatically imported.
Scan QR to Add
You can also add a device to your SCW Go by simply scanning the QR code on your NVR.
You can also add a device by manually adding the IP address if you prefer.
